About me

Hello there!

My name is Radka and I am usually 58% Introvert a 42% Extrovert.

What else should I tell you about myself?

I was born on wednesday (which says pretty much everything :) and I wear socks that usually do not match.

If I could choose I would rather be a rock star than a movie star.
I also love singing in the rain, shower and buses. When I get bored I put my headphones on and pretend that I am a drum player from Metallica.
I have a well preserved electric guitar. Well preserved because I played it like three times.

I know how to build a tent, start a fire and prepare 30 minute brownies in 20 minutes.
I can read maps but I usually get lost in shopping centres.
I believe that chocolate and hug can solve every problem.

I do not like darkness and cold. Concerning the previous sentence I have no idea why I moved to Trondheim, Norway in 2012.
This sentence is crucial so I will repeat it one more time: I do not like darkness and cold! So in 2014 I moved to Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen.
Yes, it is the northernmost town in the world, where foxes say good night. Literally. I was supposed to study there but instead I spent most of the time running in the nearby hills. And taking hot showers afterwards. To defrost :)

I am addicted to pickles and mozzarela. Not together of course. And hitchhiking.
I have a list of vehicles that I would like to hitchhike one day.
If you happen to be a driver of VW hippie bus and you will see a dark haired (usually) smiling girl on the site of a road with her thumb up - please stop!

In summer of 2015 I finished university, hopped on a train and went with my friend Hanca to Russia, Mongolia, China and southeast Asia.
During that time I have learnt numerous things. Like:

- how  to drink vodka like a russian pro
- how to milk a cow and eventuelly get enough milk for my breakfest
- how to ride a horse and herd the sheeps and goats
- how to ride a motorbike without getting burnt (happened three times before, so do not laugh!)

Also during that trip I have decided that I love traveling more than anything else and I am not going to stop. In fact, this is just the beginning! :)
